Three Factors for Success

THREE FACTORS FOR SUCCESS

Three Factors for Success.

I strongly believe that success comes with progress. Working really hard to achieve your goals and then rest does not work. In addition,  you will need to stay alert on new ways to improve your current status.

They are three factors that will drive success in your business, and on everything in your life.

Inspire a Factor for Success

INSPIRE

You can get INSPIRED, and you will be awake to new possibilities. This will allow you to transcend your ordinary experiences and limitations.

You can get INSPIRED, and you will propel yourself from apathy to possibility.  Furthermore, you will transform the way you perceive your own capabilities.

I know that inspiration sounds like a supernatural or divine power. However,  as of recent research shows, you can activate, capture, and manipulate your inspiration.

Phycologists Todd M Thrash and Andrew J. Elliot noted in their study where they state three core aspects of inspiration.

Evocation, transcendence, and approach motivation.

First, inspiration is evoked spontaneously without intention. Inspiration is also transcendent of our more animalistic and self-serving concerns and limitations.

Such transcendence often involves a moment of clarity and awareness of new possibilities. As Thrash and Elliot note, “The heights of human motivation spring from the beauty and goodness that precede us and awaken us to better possibilities.”

Finally, inspiration involves approach motivation. The individual strives to transmit, express, or actualize a new idea or vision. According to Thrash and Elliot, inspiration involves both, being inspired by something and acting on that inspiration.

As you get inspired, you will report higher levels of important psychological resources, including belief in your own abilities, self-esteem, and optimism.

Mastery of your work, absorption, creativity, perceived competence, self-esteem, and optimism are all consequences of inspiration.

Being inspired is not the same as being positive.

Positive thinking will trigger you on an inspired state. In fact, what is really inspiring you is making progress toward your immediate goals.

Inspiration is more related to awakening to something new. Something better, or more important.

If you want to become inspired, set up the optimal circumstances for your inspiration.

Finally, inspiration may not only lead you to achieve more progress on your goals, furthermore,  progress towards goals could also help you reinforce inspiration.

FOCUS

Once you get inspired and you mastered your creativity, then your first decision is to FOCUS.

They are three main scientifically proven ways to stay FOCUS.

First, keep your mind healthy.

Look for professional help if you have events in your life or regular personal behaviors that distract you.

Hence, take the time to perform your favorite activity. The activity you enjoy. This activity can be yoga, a sport, art, or whatever keeps your mind in an enjoyable state.

Moreover, meditation is highly recommended to maintain a healthy mind. Studies have shown meditation can alter your brain matter by reducing your stress levels. Consequently leads to better mental health and improved decision making. A study published in Consciousness and Cognition, for example, found that meditation training improved cognition. This condition leads to a better mood. In addition,  increases verbal and non-verbal reasoning.  Furthermore, improves capability for manipulating mental information.

Second, keep your body healthy

You should exercise and eat well.

I am not going to recommend any specific workout or diet here. The purpose is not to become a supermodel. The important fact is that you move and you eat natural healthy food.

For instance, a healthy lifestyle you will prepare your mind to stay FOCUS on your goals.

According to Dr. John Ratey, who wrote a book on the impact exercise has on the brain, exercise increases your focus for two to three hours after you finish your workout.

In the same way, exercise increases our confidence in our ability to accomplish challenging things. Entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg are key examples of confident leaders who have employed the benefits of exercise.

On the whole, Many entrepreneurs are also regularly advocates for walking throughout the day.

Third, Keep your environment healthy

To start, making a to-do list is great. However, also you might want to get your NOT-TO-DO LIST.

In fact, the NOT-TO-DO-LIST can include all those things you do but are not adding value to your business or your life.

Another way to organize yourself is to declutter.

For example, a workspace that looks like an office supply truck crashed into it will be distracted.

It takes much less time to get and stay organized.

Think about how frantic and stressed you are when you cannot find something.

Then, of course, you must make an implementation plan, in fact, a to-do and not-to-do list must come from your implementation plan. Quick wins that will help fast track your results must be on the top of your to-do list.

Once again everything that is not adding any value to your implementation plan must go to your not-to-do list.

As Tony Robbins says, energy flows where attention goes. To get what you really want in life, you need a clear goal that has purpose and meaning behind it. Once this is in place, you can focus your energy on the goal. When you learn how to focus your energy, amazing things happen.

Act

ACT

Once you get INSPIRED and FOCUS your energy on your goals, then ACT.

There is no time like the present.

You need to start somewhere, so dig deep.

Find your courage and go for it.

Your goals will never happen if you do not take action.

It may seem scary to take that first leap.

Maybe you are still working on the details or are worried you are not ready.

You must jump in. You will start figuring it out as you go.

INSPIRE, FOCUS and ACT are the three factors for success if you want to start your business, so don’t be afraid, is in your hands NOW!
